Hot Tub installation
Spa Installation
A Jacuzzi or spa can add some “home away from home” to your home. But only if you can get it installed safely and correctly.
Some hot tub retailers will try to talk you into their products by claiming that you can safely plug their product into any old outlet in your home. Nothing could be further from the truth. Most Jacuzzis require a hardwired connection. We’ll probably need to run wiring back to the house. It may be best to put that wiring underground, so you don’t have to look at it. That’s not invasive surgery for licensed, experienced, professional electricians like us, but a weekend do-it-yourself project it is not.
Some companies offer installation, but what they don’t tell you is that an “installer” is not necessarily an electrician. Some are more professional and knowledgeable than others, but you’re still vulnerable to the luck of the draw. The installer may not be on the lookout for issues that can cause your hot tub to short out your entire electrical system, for example. An installer may know the wiring of the tub, but not the wiring of your home.
When you go to a licensed, professional electrician you eliminate all those worries. You will have the peace of mind that comes from knowing your jacuzzi or spa will always work as it should. You’ll protect your investment, and you’ll protect the electrical system in your home.
